Sutherland, AIA, Manager Oversees the design and construction of new facilities and renovation projects. With the requesting department's concurrence, the decision to utilize Physical Plant Engineering Services Architects or a consultant for the design phase of a project is made based on schedule requirements, current workload, and technical expertise required. Construction work on medium and large size projects is typically put through an open bid process conducted in accordance with procurement regulations of the State of Texas. Mission Statement Support all aspects of the Physical Plant Engineering Services mission and philosophy in providing architectural services, while coordinating the progress of projects with departments and contractors.
