The Physical Plant Business Office is located in room 108 of the Physical Plant building.
The office provides the following support to Physical Plant sections.
Accounts Payable
Project Billing
Work Order Billing
Budgeting
Utility Cost Forecasting
Utility Cost Distribution

Material Resources Staff Listing
Material Resources is located in the Physical Plant building. It is composed of Central Warehouse, Central Shipping and Receiving, Purchasing, Department Supply, and Storage Facilities.
Central Warehouse stocks a full line of commonly used merchandise used by all departments on campus. A delivery service is provided at a small fee. Orders are taken by fax, telephone, e-mail and campus mail. A complete list of inventory is found on the ICAT table of TechFIM. Central Warehouse also provides a moving service for a fee. Requests for moving services should be made to Central Warehouse Supervisor.
Central Warehouse hours are:
7:45 am to 12:00 pm
12:45 pm to 5:00 pm
Central Shipping and Receiving is responsible for receiving and distribution of shipments to requisitioning departments. Central Receiving also provides a pick-up service for shipments being shipped from campus.
Purchasing orders items for Building Maintenance and Construction, Central Warehouse and Physical Plant Administration.
Department Supply receives and issues merchandise ordered for BMC by Purchasing.
Storage Facilities maintains short-term storage for a fee. Requests for storage should be directed to Central Warehouse Manager.
