Central Warehouse stocks a full line of commonly used merchandise used by all departments on campus. A delivery service is provided at a small fee. Orders are taken by TechBuy, fax, telephone, e-mail and campus mail. A complete list of inventory is found on TechBuy or you may request a paper copy of the inventory from the Manager for Business Services and Warehouse Operations.
Central Warehouse hours are:
7:45 am to 12:00 pm
12:45 pm to 5:00 pm
Central Shipping and Receiving is responsible for receiving and distribution of shipments to requisitioning departments. Central Receiving also provides a pick-up service for shipments being shipped from campus.
Storage Facilities maintains short-term storage for a fee. Requests for storage should be directed to Storage facilities Manager.
Department Supply receives and issues merchandise ordered for Building Maintenance and Construction.
